The Format

Mastermind group meetings are held in a business-centric formal manner because it’s the most effective structure for the sharing and learning process.

In our meetings, group members share their ideas, questions, triumphs and downfalls.  Members with questions get immediate feedback from the others, while everyone learns from everyone else’s experience and wisdom.

In the course of problem solving and building trust, business gets passed as relationships develop.

Here is a brief description of the Masterminds Network meeting agenda:

Each person one-by-one talks briefly about their business, goals, plans, victories and challenges.  Each meeting, they give an update to the “situation” from the previous meeting.

A predetermined person gets in the “hot seat” and shares, in detail, any number of issues, complications, questions and concerns about his or her own situation.  The rest of the members then respond and contribute to the discussion by offering suggestions or comments based on their expert knowledge and/or experience. A plan or “remedy” may be adopted by the Hot Seat individual for implementation and follow up for the next meeting.

Each person, one-by-one, talks briefly about the goals that they want to accomplish by the next meeting. Also, the next “hot seat” person is determined so he or she can be ready with questions for the group.

Depending on the Chapter, the structure may be a little different, however the general idea is the same.

Everyone gets to participate and learn from everyone else. Everyone also passes business and referrals.

The purpose is simple:  To make you, your business and your life operating and succeeding at a higher frequency than ever before.

The Benefits: Differing Perspectives, Mutual Support, Accountability, and Extensive Resources.

Are you ready for a different hard networking experience? We’d love to meet you!
